• In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app by navigating to More > Delete Account. This action permanently and immediately erases your account details and associated personal data from our active systems.
• By Email Request: Alternatively, you can request complete data and account deletion by sending an email to mindmotivationsapp@gmail.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and a statement confirming your request.
• Processing Timeline: Verified data deletion requests sent via email will be permanently processed and wiped from our active databases and servers within 30 days.
• Facebook Data Removal: If you logged in via Facebook, you can remove the Mind Motivations App from your Facebook account at any time by going to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, selecting Mind Motivations, and clicking Remove. Revoking this access stops future data collection, and following the deletion steps above ensures all historical data received via Facebook is completely erased from our servers.
• Data Retention Exceptions: We will delete all personal information unless retention is strictly required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, or security compliance.

The App may link to or use third-party services (e.g., app stores, social media, analytics tools). These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences, deliver targeted content, and analyze app usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your device or browser settings.

Our servers are located in Australia. If you are accessing the App from outside Australia, you consent to the transfer and storage of your information in Australia in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The App is intended for individuals aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.
